Job Summary
Manage the development, standardization, and technical assessment of standard components like bolts and plastic clips across multiple projects. Evaluate technical solutions for manufacturability and feasibility during trial phases, preparing and managing DCR and ECRs to coordinate engineering changes. Communicate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers throughout trial and SOP stages while establishing continuous improvement processes for standard part management. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or related fields with at least two years of mechanical engineering experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation, or related technical fields
- At least 2 years of experience in roles from other industries with a background in mechanical or mechatronics engineering
- Good command of English
