Job Summary
Monitor evaluation program events, advise aircrews on corrective actions, and coordinate ground tests and check rides. Ensure material availability for the specialty evaluation program while assessing aircrew effectiveness against established objectives. Maintain liaison with operations and training work centers to implement procedural changes accurately. Advise Commanders of cycle results and integrate available training resources. Requires minimum 10 years in-flight operations experience and knowledge of counseling techniques. This ITAR-approved program supports aircrew evaluation cycles within the Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' experience time in-flight operations/evaluation
- Knowledge of counseling techniques
- Knowledge of principle and organization and personal management
- Understanding the purpose and use of evolution program cycles
- Comprehend a unit's fight/ground evaluation publications
- Understanding the interface of flight records and management data between operations, training, and the aircrew
- Knowledge of general evaluation rules and polices
- Knowledge of other specialized applications
