Job Summary
Cut and install insulation, apply and clean silicone, and attach heater wire and thermal breaks daily. Operate hand tools including drills, caulk guns, and rivet guns while maintaining a clean work area. Read tape measures and lift up to 50 lbs. Perform other routine duties as assigned. Full-time schedule from 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday with some Friday overtime. No mandatory weekend work required. ESPEC North America partners in environmental and accelerated reliability test chambers, offering opportunities for advancement in a clean environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
