Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in hiring, developing and leading store associates; support store operations in absence of the Store Manager; drive KPI attainment, brand standards, and customer experience through supervision of brand activities, people development, and operating processes. Lead and coach teams, manage scheduling and payroll considerations, ensure inventory and loss prevention procedures, uphold safety standards, and foster an inclusive, customer-focused environment. Knowledge of Omni-channel fulfillment, merchandising, and store operations is implied; cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
