Job Summary
The Stand-Up Reach Operator is responsible for unloading products, operating forklifts, and maintaining compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines. Candidates must have a GED or high school diploma, forklift experience, and the ability to work in a cold environment. Required Qualifications
- GED/High School Diploma
- 1-5 years of forklift experience
- Ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, stand up and sit down forklifts and RF scanners
- Ability to read, write and speak English; comprehension of basic math
- Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced, 24 hour plant environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems
- Some experience with training others in a warehouse environment
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen
