Job Summary
Conduct stand-up forklift operations in cold storage warehouses, including case picking and lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. Operate equipment while maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment, working Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with moderate overtime and occasional weekend work as needed. Pass pre-employment drug tests and background checks to join this role with ODW Logistics, a top 50 third-party logistics provider.
Required Qualifications
- Must have previous Stand-Up Forklift experience
- Must be able to case pick and lift heavy objects repeatedly during the entire shift (up to 50 pounds)
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Must be able to work in a Cold Storage Warehouse
- Hear, read and comprehend, write, and communicate
- Continuously sit, type, and perform repetitive wrist motion
- Occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn or reach
- Working in a Cold Storage Warehouse
- Focus (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant, along with depth perception capabilities
- Moderate overtime and occasional weekend work
- Lift up to 50 pounds consistently entire shift
- Work various shifts on short notice
- Spend 95% of time on warehouse floor in fast-paced environment
