Job Summary
Stand-up forklift operator to safely move, stack, load, and unload pallets in a refrigerated/warm warehouse. Operate sit-down forklifts as needed; maintain a clean, organized work area; inspect products for quality; perform daily Hilo inspections; follow food safety standards and warehouse safety procedures; support additional tasks as needed. Requires minimum 1 year stand-up forklift experience, ability to operate equipment in a fast-paced environment, and capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a team. Full-time position with benefits; shift is Weekdays - 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs 7:00pm-5:30am) in Spring Lake, MI.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recent stand-up forklift experience required
- Ability to safely and confidently operate stand-up equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet in both standard and refrigerated warehouse conditions
- Strong attention to detail with basic reading and math skills to accurately match orders and product codes
- Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to work as part of a team
