Job Summary
Read production schedules, customer orders, and work orders to determine items for movement, gathering, or distribution. Convey materials between receiving, production, storage, and shipping areas while sorting and placing goods on racks, shelves, or pallets by size, type, or product code. Load and unload pallets, trays, and racks; operate a stand-up forklift to assist in loading and moving products. Weigh or count items for distribution, fill work orders, and attach identifying tags to cases or containers. Lift and move up to 100 pounds regularly, with occasional lifts exceeding 100 pounds. Work Saturdays and Sundays with two set days off between Monday and Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Saturdays and Sundays are required
- Two set days off between M-F. Not necessarily in a row
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have color vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must have the ability to adjust focus
- Must regularly work near moving mechanical parts
- Must be frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions
- Must be frequently exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals
- Must be frequently exposed to extreme cold
- Must be frequently exposed to extreme heat
- Must be exposed to risk of electrical shock
- Must be exposed to vibration
- Must be exposed to loud noise levels
- Must regularly stand
- Must regularly walk
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms

- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
