Job Summary
In-home caregiver role providing care to clients, with responsibilities including bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility support, daily routine assistance, companionship, and medication reminders. Coordinate with families and care teams; Medicaid enrollment support and guidance to get clients approved for services. Training and supportive team environment offered; flexible scheduling with competitive weekly pay and PTO. Must bring or obtain DCW certification; DCW experience preferred; ensure safety, dignity, and independence for clients.
