Job Summary
Provide in-home care for a family member or friend enrolled in ALTCS; responsibilities include daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, bathing, and accompanying to medical appointments. You must already be caring for someone, and both caregiver and recipient must reside in Arizona. Training (DSW) will be provided; you’ll receive guidance through the ALTCS application process. Flexible hours available with supportive staff to assist you through every step.
Required Qualifications
- Must currently be providing care for a friend or family member
- The person you care for must be enrolled in or eligible to apply for ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System)
- Both caregiver and care recipient must live in Arizona
- Caregiver must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to pass a background check and complete onboarding paperwork
- Must complete DSW (Direct Support Worker) training (we will guide you through this)
- A valid ID and proof of residence may be required
