Job Summary
Caregivers who already care for a loved one can get paid through the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) with Stand Out Home Care. You are eligible if you are currently providing care for a friend or family member, and both you and the person you care for live in Arizona. Responsibilities include daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, bathing, and helping with medical appointments. The role requires passing a background check, onboarding paperwork, and completing Direct Support Worker (DSW) training. Flexible hours are offered; prior caregiving experience is not required, and support is available to navigate the ALTCS application process.
Required Qualifications
- Must currently be providing care for a friend or family member
- Care recipient must be enrolled in or eligible for ALTCS
- Caregiver and care recipient must live in Arizona
- Caregiver must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must complete DSW training
- Valid ID and proof of residence may be required
