Job Summary

The Stand Manager leads the coffee stand’s growth and profitability, ensures alignment with Brewista culture and values, and serves as the crew leader responsible for coaching, training, scheduling, and operational oversight. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, maintaining wait times and cleanliness, providing performance feedback, creating weekly schedules with cost-conscious labor, managing inventory and equipment, handling deposits, facilitating regular team meetings, implementing directives from upper management, delegating tasks to leadership and Brewistas, ensuring health requirements are met, developing future leaders, and driving efficient, customer-focused stand operations. Must be able to coach, observe, train, and perform admin duties across shifts, work a flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights, regularly work weekends and holidays, and address operational or cultural issues with the team; requires the ability to manage multiple projects, lead diverse personalities under pressure, and maintain safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
