Job Summary
Stand Manager owns a multifaceted role from Brewista to shift lead: train and motivate the crew to deliver fast, consistent service; schedule effectively to balance labor costs with speedy lines; guard cash, deposits, inventory, and equipment; run huddles and team events to sustain a positive culture; ensure health-code compliance and develop future leaders; translate upper-management goals into actionable tasks and follow-up across shifts. Flexible schedule with early opens to late closes, weekends, holidays, and on-call moments.
Required Qualifications
- Magnetic people skills and proven leadership of 40+ teammates
- Calm, quick hands around hot liquids, outdoor weather, and 50-lb lifts
- Endurance to stand, bend, climb, and navigate drive-thru traffic for hours
- Sharp multitasker who solves problems on the fly and juggles multiple projects
