Stand Manager responsibilities include coaching and leading a 40+ person crew, training to perform every shift—from Brewista to shift lead—while ensuring fast service, scheduling smart weekly rosters, safeguarding cash and gear, maintaining health-code compliance, and driving a positive team culture through huddles and events. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, physical endurance for standing and lifting, comfort with outdoor conditions and drive-thru traffic, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Schedule flexibility spans early morning to late evening with weekends, holidays, and on-call moments.
