Job Summary
Stand Manager responsible for training and motivating a 40+ person team, coaching to deliver fast, spotless service, and aligning schedules with labor costs. Manages cash, inventory, and equipment, runs huddles and team events, enforces health-code standards, and translates upper-management goals into actionable plans. Requires leadership, multitasking, problem-solving under a fast-paced environment, and ability to handle physical tasks and long hours including weekends, holidays, and on-call moments.
