Stand Manager

Stand Manager responsible for leading and training a 40+ person team across multiple roles from Brewista to shift lead. Drive fast, accurate service by coaching staff, scheduling smartly to balance labor costs with rapid lines, and maintaining health-code standards and inventory controls. Manage deposits and cash, oversee gear, and foster a positive culture through huddles and team events. Translate upper-management goals into action, execute directives, and develop future leaders while maintaining a flexible schedule (5:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.), including weekends, holidays, and on-call moments. Requires magnetic people skills, demonstrated leadership, ability to handle hot liquids and 50-lb lifts, endurance to stand and work in varying weather, multitasking, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
