Job Summary
Conduct complete operation of assigned concession stand at Angel Stadium, reporting for scheduled shifts in uniform with a neat appearance. Supervise and coordinate vendor activities, assign duties, and resolve problems with management assistance. Oversee stand set-up and closing procedures while ensuring workstations, back areas, and storerooms remain clean and stocked. Order replacement stock, complete required paperwork, and manage inventory accuracy for openings, closings, and transfers. Ensure food preparation meets Legends and Board of Health guidelines, maintain quality location appearance, and fill any position within the stand as needed. Manage staff to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a stand attendant or other food service worker
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
- Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be able to lift stock up to 50 lbs
