Job Summary
Conduct daily press and die checks to ensure operational functionality and manage stamping production and processing activities. Coordinate press operations schedules, review inventory levels, and develop production plans to ensure timely material availability. Lead team members through training, coaching, and performance reviews while enforcing ISO 14001 and TS16949 standards. Maintain a safe work environment by monitoring attendance, enforcing PPE requirements, and implementing corrective actions for quality and safety compliance. Rotate monthly between day and night shifts to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year college certificate or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and operations
- Must be willing and able to rotate monthly between day shift and night shift schedules to support business and production requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Previous stamping experience preferred
