Stamping Press Operator/Die Setter

Job Summary
The Stamping Press Operator/Die Setter is responsible for setting up and operating equipment, loading coils, and unloading parts. Key responsibilities include performing product inspections and data collection per TS16949 Quality Procedures, as well as operator machine maintenance and preventive maintenance. Candidates must possess three years of factory-related experience with a strong mechanical aptitude and must be capable of handling physical demands, including repetitive lifting up to 25 pounds. Preferred candidates will be highly motivated self-starters with excellent attendance, capable of working overtime and flexible schedules to meet changing demands.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of factory related experience on industrial equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to stand, lift, push, pull, bend, reach, and/or twist with 25 pounds repetitively for an entire work shift
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in metal stamping/industrial equipment
- Set-up/operation of progressive stamping presses
- Material handling
- Documentation skills
- Basic safety knowledge
- Lifting capability
- Quality assurance expertise
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, control plans and work instructions
