Job Summary
Operate stamping press machines to produce metal parts to specification; load and position metal coils for accurate production; inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy; perform basic machine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, reporting issues); follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE; record production data and report any issues; work closely with team members to meet production goals; operate a forklift (training provided and required).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings (training provided)
- Strong attention to quality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
