Job Summary
Lead Mitigation Technician to support residential and commercial water damage projects in Fairfield County, Stamford, CT. Lead field activity during mitigation and cleanup, perform extraction, demolition, structural drying, and remediation work, install and monitor drying equipment and moisture control systems, take moisture readings and complete field documentation with photo taking, coordinate technicians and job-site workflow, communicate with customers and property stakeholders professionally, maintain vehicles/tools/equipment, and participate in rotating after-hours on-call schedules. Growth opportunities include project management and field leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of mitigation or restoration experience
- Experience leading technicians or field crews preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in active field conditions and participate in rotating on-call schedules
- Strong communication and organizational skills
