Job Summary
Optimize store routines and ensure readiness for customers while achieving strong sales results alongside the store manager. Lead and coach the team to maintain positive sales attitude and an energetic work environment. Support the manager by communicating, leading, and conducting sales training with staff. Engage hands-on from the receiving dock to sales floor. Maintain sales campaigns and a positive, energized workplace. Work a flexible schedule, including being available mid-week to cover the weekend.
