Job Summary
Optimize store routines, ensure customer readiness, and achieve strong sales results while managing weekly campaigns and sales attitude. Lead and coach the team to maintain a positive, energetic work environment, supporting the store manager through communication and sales training. Engage hands-on from the receiving area to sales floor, ensuring all operations run smoothly. Maintain availability on weekdays to cover weekends and handle stress situations with efficiency. This role offers an individual bonus up to two months' salary, a 6% sales commission, and 20% discount within the Lars Larsen Group.
