Job Summary
Optimize store routines and ensure the shop is always ready for customers while achieving strong sales results. Lead and coach the store team, ensuring the best sales attitude and a positive, energetic work environment. Support the store manager by communicating effectively, conducting sales training with employees, and working hands-on from the merchandise reception to sales. Maintain a flexible schedule that includes being available mid-week to cover the weekend.
