Job Summary
Cultivate and manage strong, trusted relationships with investors, partners, and key external stakeholders while serving as the primary point of contact for all external communications. Track engagement history, commitments, and follow-ups to ensure consistency and professionalism across all interactions. Coordinate executive visits, partner engagements, and events, managing logistics including agendas, materials, and site visits. Navigate cultural nuances to strengthen international partnerships, particularly with Japanese partners, and draft external-facing correspondence and briefing materials. Represent Walden Robotics with integrity in high-stakes engagements and align internal messaging with external communications.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in stakeholder relations, investor relations, business development, partnerships, or as a Senior Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff supporting C-level executives
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with external stakeholders, or with board members, investors, or senior partners on behalf of executives, in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex, multi-party engagements
- High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive or confidential information
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, international relations, or a related field
- Must go through the E-Verify process of digital verification of your employment authorization documents
