Job Summary
Oversee coordination between engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers; monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables; facilitate communication among stakeholders and resolve conflicts; ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements; organize and lead coordination meetings, document decisions and action items; track resource allocation and ensure efficient use of manpower and materials; review and validate project documentation, drawings, and reports; identify risks and propose corrective measures to maintain project timelines; support site teams with technical and administrative coordination; prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 12 years of experience in coordination roles within road and infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and project workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure timely project delivery
