Job Summary
Conduct maintenance, repair, and call-out visits on stairlifts, hoists, and home lifts across Southern Hampshire and Dorset. Ensure high-quality service and safety standards by performing effective risk assessments and maintaining site log cards. Participate in the on-call rota to receive additional standby allowance and call-out payments. Manage your service route with autonomy while delivering excellent customer service. This role covers the domestic side of the lift industry for a family-owned global leader in access solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Stairlift Engineer or Domestic Engineer within the lift industry
- A valid UK driving licence
- Appropriate right to work
Desired Qualifications
- An NVQ level 2 in Lift Engineering or equivalent
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
