Job Summary
Fabricate and weld stainless and carbon steel pipe per project drawings, reading and interpreting pipe fabrication drawings and fabricating to exact specifications. Operate TIG welding equipment and use precision measurement tools, cutting and grinding equipment, ensuring welding procedures are followed and pipe preparation and fit-up meet standards. Maintain contact with Quality Control regarding defects and non-conformances; complete cross training in various welding activities to cover absences; adhere to H&S processes; manage work progression in line with workload and specs; set an example on site.
