Staging Technician (Trade Shows & Events)

Job Summary
Stage, install, and dismantle exhibit structures according to specifications while reviewing blueprints to determine build requirements. Assemble components for internal and onsite execution, then inspect finished projects for accuracy, completeness, and readiness before client floor arrival. Support repairs, cleaning, and refurbishment of materials, maintaining organized tracking of inventory and components. Operate forklifts and aerial lifts safely while complying with all health and safety regulations. Coordinate with internal teams and contractors on assembly tasks and resolve project-related issues as they arise. Work onsite in Addison five days a week in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of related experience in staging, fabrication, production, or a similar hands-on environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Must be able to work onsite in Addison five days a week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with exhibit, event, or fabrication builds
- Forklift and aerial lift (scissor lift) operation experience
