Job Summary
Retrieve products from inventory based on order requirements and perform visual inspections to verify product condition, labeling, and conformity to specifications. Utilize technical tools such as barcode scanners, handheld devices, and label printers to apply accurate shipping labels and update warehouse management systems. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment to move products safely, coordinate with shipping teams for transfer to outbound transportation, and assist in loading items onto delivery vehicles. Report discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors and maintain detailed records of staged orders while ensuring the staging area remains organized and clean.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in using technical tools and equipment for labeling, scanning, and data entry
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently
- Adaptability to changing priorities and working in a fast-paced environment
- Primary language used in daily operations is English
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and Word specifically
- CRM skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a technical role
- Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment
