Conduct legal surveillance on social law using provided tools to analyze legislative, regulatory, and jurisprudential evolutions. Draft synthesis notes for P&C Managers and the HR community, and create consultation or information templates for Social and Economic Committees. Collaborate with the People & Culture team on recruitment procedures, employment contracts, mobility policy, and disciplinary follow-up. Participate in ongoing social transformation projects within Philip Morris France. This six-month internship begins in September 2026 and requires a Master 2 degree with prior internship experience.
