Job Summary
Collect current process data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and opportunities for automation within the needle manufacturing team. Conduct a comprehensive benchmark to propose concrete, innovative automation solutions tailored to the shop's strategic objectives and technical feasibility. Lead the project autonomously by gathering production team requirements, validating proposals, and managing risks and resources throughout the initiative. Draft detailed specifications, technical documentation, and control mechanisms to ensure the sustainability of process improvements.
