Job Summary
Conduct a current state analysis of watch setting processes and manufacturing scopes, collaborating with Industrialization and Mechanics teams. Characterize available 3D printing types and evaluate functional requirements against technical, economic, and logistical criteria including precision, durability, lead time, cost, and material. Define and formalize a decision matrix to guide setting selection between 3D printing and conventional manufacturing during the design phase. Test this matrix on concrete cases, adjust it with cross-functional stakeholders, and support its integration into departmental practices and reference systems.
