Responsible for managing and monitoring projects within scope; acts as technical reference; handles customer relations from order placement; ensures supply of materials; selects external service providers; participates in project launches; coordinates and monitors work orders, resources, deadlines, and compliance; writes visit reports for proper installation before handover to service teams; defines and tracks project indicators (costs, profitability, improvements); produces mechanical and electrical drawings for customers; ensures compliance, timely turnaround, and audits; provides technical support to internal/external stakeholders; contributes to tool improvement. Requires 5 years of higher education in industrial engineering and/or significant experience; intermediate English (B2); strong interpersonal, analytical, and adaptive skills.
