Stagiaire Guest Relations F/H

Represent the hotel management to guests and internal services while ensuring product standards and personalized service quality are met. Coordinate daily with VIP, groups, and events teams to prepare and track stays, controlling welcome product allocation and loyalty program applications. Supervise reception, service standards, cleanliness, and space organization, conducting daily briefings to maintain fluid communication. Draft personalized room greetings, handle guest complaints with active listening and solution implementation, and promote Raffles properties. Monitor VIP room attentions and ensure all client requests are fulfilled. This six-month internship starting September 2026 offers full Navigo pass coverage, food stipend, and internal events within an iconic Parisian Palace.
