Job Summary
Support the Fondation Médecins du Monde by tracking associative projects in France and internationally, preparing dossiers and interviews, and analyzing narrative and financial reports. Organize events including screenings, conferences, and fundraising days while creating content for LinkedIn, writing newsletters, and updating the website. Contribute to strategic reflection by drafting reports, partner profiles, and meeting minutes for the Comex, ensuring the quality of actions led by local women-led associations.
Required Qualifications
- Master 2 degree in humanitarian action & development, political science, Reproductive Health and Sexual Rights (DSSR), gender studies, or similar
- Excellent writing capabilities
- Good synthesis ability
- Polyvalence
- Autonomy
- Teamwork appreciation
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
- Social media proficiency
- Excellent written and spoken French
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Adherence to Médecins du Monde's values and militant positioning
