Conduct daily revenue control by tracking cash and sales reports, analyzing variances, and monitoring gifts and freebies. Manage general accounting and supplier tasks including invoice entry, reconciliation, and integration of journal entries. Support cost control through inventory assistance, internal purchase tracking, and consumption monitoring. Assist with Economat support duties such as stock management, supplier ordering, and quality control of goods. Begin a 4-to-6-month internship in September 2026 under the Financial Director at the Mondrian Bordeaux, a 5-star hotel designed by Philippe Starck.
