Conduct stakeholder interviews with technical, program, and support teams to identify data needs and key indicators for the new knowledge platform. Contribute to database design for centralizing project results, impact, and technical expertise, while developing automated content using Microsoft Copilot to generate briefs and reports. Test and refine AI prompts and workflows for producing knowledge artifacts, then document processes and create user guides to ensure platform sustainability. Participate in platform testing and gather user feedback to drive iterative improvements. This six-month internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data quality and AI within an international humanitarian context.
