Conduct daily operations across the restaurant, bar, terrace, room service, and banquet areas by executing mise en place, table setting, and service duties. Greet guests, advise on menus and beverages, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen while ensuring exceptional client experiences. Manage reservations, prepare drinks, clear tables, and handle special requests or complaints throughout the shift. This three-to-six-month internship offers exposure to full-service hospitality at Le Louise Hotel Brussels, a 5-star urban oasis in the heart of the capital.
