Job Summary
Support participants in their daily tasks and development toward employment or increased autonomy by creating and guiding learning situations aligned with their goals. Provide structure throughout the day, assist with work activities, and teach motivation strategies for steps toward work, education, or participation. Learn to guide others in gaining work experience and developing work skills under the supervision of experienced colleagues. The stage runs from September 2026 with a maximum gross monthly stipend of €364 on a 36-hour week.
Required Qualifications
