Job Summary
Conduct home visits to support clients in building stable, independent lives within their own living environments. Recognize and respond to changes in client situations while collaborating on future goals and social participation. Work wijkgericht with networks and partners to provide integral care, gradually taking on more independent tasks under the guidance of experienced supervisors. Participate in team meetings and online training sessions to develop professional skills. Begin September 2026 with a maximum monthly stipend of €364 for a 36-hour week.
Required Qualifications
- 3e of 4e jaars mbo- of hbo-student (MBO MZ niveau 4, MBO Social Work of hbo Social Work (profiel Welzijn & Samenleving/Zorg))
- voorkeur voor het begeleiden van volwassenen met psychische problematiek
- in staat om professionele grenzen te stellen
- in staat om te gaan met weerstand of complexe situaties
- communicatief vaardig
- in staat om goed samenwerken met verschillende partijen
- Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag
