Job Summary
Support clients with psychiatric vulnerability and addiction issues in a 24-hour residential setting by assisting with personal care, finances, daily activities, and social contact maintenance. Facilitate self-reliance through goal-oriented guidance while documenting care plans and coordinating with external stakeholders such as municipalities and treatment agencies. Engage in client conversations and participate in team meetings and online training sessions under the supervision of certified mentors. Available three days per week starting September 2026 for a maximum of €364 gross monthly stipend.
Required Qualifications
- 3e of 4e jaars mbo of hbo student
- mbo MZ niveau 4
- mbo Social Work
- hbo Welzijn, Samenleving en Zorg
- voorkeur voor het begeleiden van volwassenen met psychische problematiek in een woonvoorziening
- minimaal 3 dagen per week beschikbaar voor je stage
- Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag
