Job Summary
Support clients with psychiatric vulnerability and substance use issues in a 24-hour residential setting by assisting with household management, personal care, finances, and daily activities. Conduct client conversations, develop and report on care plans, and execute these plans while maintaining contact with external stakeholders such as the municipality and treatment agencies. Engage in guided interviews and training sessions under the supervision of certified stage supervisors, gradually increasing independence as the program progresses.
Required Qualifications
- 3e jaars student HBO Welzijn, Samenleving en Zorg of hbo Pedagogiek
- affiniteit met cliënten met psychiatrische en/of verslavingsproblematiek
- Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag
