Support young adults (18–25 years) with long-term psychiatric issues in a residential setting by developing practical and social living skills, including cooking, household management, and financial literacy. Collaborate with supporting guides to create a positive group climate, motivate residents, and provide structure while fostering self-reliance. Conduct client conversations, create and report on care plans, and coordinate with external parties such as the municipality, treatment agencies, and financial institutions. Gain hands-on experience under the supervision of certified stage mentors within a team comprising personal guides, support guides, care coordinators, and a team manager.
