Job Summary
Support clients with intensive care needs in a 24-hour living facility by assisting with personal care, daily activities, household management, finances, and social networks. Build working relationships with vulnerable adults while co-creating and executing care plans based on their strengths. Conduct client conversations, update client files, and coordinate with external partners like mental health providers and guardians. Engage in team meetings, complete online training, and gradually take on independent tasks under supervision from certified mentors.
Required Qualifications
- 3e of 4e jaars mbo-student Maatschappelijke Zorg niveau 4 (MZ4)
- voorkeur voor het begeleiden van volwassenen met psychische problematiek in een woonvoorziening
- Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag
