Conduct night shelter operations for up to 80 homeless individuals, assisting with guest contact, incident registration, and maintaining a safe environment. Progress from observation to supporting the evening shift, learning to identify needs and collaborate with colleagues on fostering a livable atmosphere. Receive training on managing aggression and signal early intervention within a diverse team of 20 staff members. Work evenings from 17:15 to 00:15, with a preference for a six-month or one-year commitment. This role offers a monthly stipend of €450 (full-time equivalent) and includes guidance from team coordinators. The team operates under the motto "No one should be on the street," providing the first step toward a new life for many guests.
