Job Summary
Conduct technical due diligence by reviewing independent consultant reports and analyzing project assumptions, sensitivities, and operational risks for energy and infrastructure projects. Prepare technical memorandums summarizing key risks and mitigants to support internal credit and lending teams. Execute industry and market research on conventional energy and emerging technologies such as CCUS, energy storage, and waste-to-fuels. Collaborate with commercial and risk stakeholders to advise on project bankability and integrate technical assessments into lending agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Final-year Bachelor's or Master's student in Engineering
- Active student status throughout the internship period
- Enrolled at a Dutch university
- Able to remain in the Netherlands for the full duration of the internship
- Strong interest in the Energy sector and energy transition
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assess complex technical information
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- High degree of initiative
- Mandatory enrollment at a Dutch university (or EU-university for EU passport holders)
