Ensure all events load out smoothly while complying with company policies regarding operational machinery. Manage crew time and attendance, verifying appropriate breaks and meals are taken in accordance with local wage and hour laws. Maintain a safe and orderly environment by training team members on the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
