Job Summary
Develop validation plans for technical and practical evaluations of 3D scanners used in orthotic design. Execute accuracy and reproducibility tests across multiple devices, then analyze results to objectively assess technical quality and compile advisory reports. Support the R&D team by preparing and conducting practical tests with practitioners. Requires an HBO or WO degree in medical product development, proficiency with 3D scanning and CAD, and availability for a minimum of 10 weeks starting September. Stage position with a supportive environment at Stepp Footcare, a leading medical knowledge center for foot care.
Required Qualifications
- hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van (medische) productontwikkeling, bijvoorbeeld Biomedische Technologie, Industrieel Ontwerpen, of een vergelijkbare studie
- pragmatisch ingesteld en durft zelfstandig een plan te trekken
- affiniteit met 3D technieken zoals 3D-printen, 3D-scannen en CAD-modelleren
- drive om dingen te proberen, te testen en te verbeteren
- minstens 10 weken beschikbaar vanaf september
