Job Summary
Support multiple productions by assisting with preparation, planning, and execution while ensuring every set detail—from props to backgrounds—is accurate. Contribute creative ideas and collaborate with the creative and director teams to shape content. Coordinate logistics and communicate clearly with all stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain a sharp eye for detail that strengthens the narrative, while working independently at a fast pace. Gain hands-on experience transforming concepts into tight productions within the Upfront team.
Required Qualifications
- MBO/HBO education in media, film, communication, or similar
- Affinity with production and knowledge of how a set works
- Sharp eye for detail
- Ability to see the big picture
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to switch quickly
- Enjoyment of tempo
- Ability to support production preparations, planning, and execution of multiple productions simultaneously
- Ability to ensure sets are correct from props to backgrounds
- Ability to bring own ideas and collaborate with creative and director
- Ability to organize and communicate directly and clearly with everyone around you
